My Grandmother was a Lady Elk for many years and we often attended the Christmas celebration at the Elk's Lodge and my family had two of our skiffic familt reunions at the lodge.

The Elks lodge was always filled with members of the greatest generation, boomers and a few of the lost generation. These characters were of a different world to the one I know today. Whenever we would visit, I would order a Sherlkey temple, until I was told a Roy Rogers came with a sword. from then on I was a Roy Roders Man.
